To keep yourself worry free especially in the midst of poor health is perhaps one of the toughest things to do in life. Although it’s hard to actually implement it, but once performed well, it could also be among the best ultimate solutions to ensure healing at a fast pace.
Negative worry and stress activate free radicals, which are
toxic to the human body. A person with too much worry in life due to poor health
is only trying to worsen his condition. In this state, worry cannot solve the problem,
but it only adds to the imminent troubles.
I am swayed to believe this because with too much worry
or negative stress, our immune system deteriorates , giving our body (a.) a
less powerful force to defend itself against other environmental, external and internal threats; and (b.)
a weaker potential to activate and initiate successful healing.
Here are some words of advice on how to remain still with
positive outlook in life despite poor health is taking off your courage to
survive.
1. Have an open mind. Understand that everyone of us
could have a better chance to get sick and there’s no exception to this rule. Imagine
the most probable benefits this could bring you if you have this mindset. With
an open mind, you will be able to grasp important ideas on how to improve your
chance to acquire healing. You will have the courage to survive and do positive
things rather than confine yourself to the possibility of impossibilities.
With an open mind, you will be able to think of positive solutions rather than
resent the fact that there could be many out there who could have your
situation and why it is you who got it instead. Understand this. Negative
thoughts will always prevail to a mind that would want to close you beyond the
reality. Be open to yourself and accept the fact that there is truth and you
need to embrace it. The truth will always set us free, as it will always help
us find a way out.
2. Understand that not all diseases are healed by
medicines. It’s my lifestyle never to take medicine right away if I feel
I’m not feeling well. Sleep, plenty of water and nutritious foods are
the first priorities I usually would take in order to restore my physical condition.
These work in most of the time for me, as I always believe that our body is
designed to have the potential to heal itself and initiate a way to stabilize
everything back to normal. Its defense systems would conspire to make it to a
higher potential and our ultimate contribution is to strengthen their capacity
to do their respective functions. Thus, worry and negative stress will not
eventually help us. Maintaining a positive outlook in life is a lifestyle and
it could be a skill that is learned through as process.
3. Emotional stability is required. Logic overcomes our
emotions and presents us the truth. We believe by what our senses perceived.
Thus, for our emotions to become stable, we need to embrace the truth,
understand it, and live by it. The truth is that not everyone of us has the
truth. Our money is not the end of all things. You need genuine joy that money,
prestige or pride cannot buy or compare. To live in this world is not all about
pleasure for yourself. If you are not contented with your life, you are most
likely not ready to die and so you won’t give up seeing your doctor and
faithfully take your prescribed medicines, because you might have thought of
the pleasure associated with living. See, our emotion is responsible for
telling us what we still need in life, but it does not know the truth at all,
because it is capable of telling us lies like ‘you are not happy because you
don’t have money’, ‘you are not happy because you don’t have a degree’, ‘you
are not happy because you are not famous and popular’, ‘you are not an
important person, so you won’t make any sense at all’ and so on. Our emotions
could harm us, because it is truly blind of the truth. However, the logic,
which bears that truth can tell that you are not happy because you lack money
as you don’t work hard enough for it. The logic carrying the truth with it can
suggest that you are not happy because of poor health as you missed the chance
to take care of your body by being too preoccupied with your desire to eat
anything you want, or the negative stress and heavy worries of life have
finally taken their toll on you. Look how your emotion has been deceiving you
for life. A person who is extremely mad could kill, because of the lack of the
right and real perspective. Someone who is extremely overwhelmed with joy could over promise and might utter the most impossible things on that very moment. Thus, people need to become emotionally stable in order to take control of
everything.
Conclusion
On this entire article, I’ve been sharing with you the power of positive thinking by embracing the truth, acquiring wisdom and controlling your emotion, but all of these were made possible in my case when I decided to receive Jesus to control my life. Truly, those who believe in Him [obedient in His will] are saved because they can now
hear the voice of God, as He is giving them the authority to be His son
[daughter]. This alone should suppose to make us live worry free, with full
vibrant wisdom, stability of emotions in all aspects and eventually, eternal security of salvation.
There are many things to learn from the teachings and
principles of Jesus Christ. All you need to do is to open your heart and ask for God's grace and mercy that you will desire to learn and integrate them into your daily way of life.
From a Christian perspective, I believe what were written in
the Scripture. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”
(John 14:6). The Bible tells that Jesus and the Word are one (John 1:1;14). The
Scripture tells us that we reap what we sow (Galatians 6:7-8). Finally, Jesus said,
“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?” (Luke 12:25).
The Bible is full of teachings with logic such as in
general, disobedience results to troubles, unrighteousness breeds destruction
Finally, faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). As I’ve said,
we believe by what our senses perceived. I believe Jesus and His Words because
I hear His principles and found that they are the truth and the ultimate
solutions to our "common simple and complex problems" today. There’s no doubt why those
real Christians who truly receive Jesus have genuine joy even in the midst of
the worldly discomforts of life.
