Why It's Not Good To Be SAD?

Here are some important reasons why it's not good for you to be sad.

1. Sadness cannot save your day. You'll not be in good shape if you are sad and that's the potential impact of this emotion on your life. You'll never feel good when you are sad. Everything might turn out not just fine, not in good shape, and not in order. You are more likely to have an agitated mind and under the potential control of distress. This allows you to think worse, allowing inefficient and unproductive moment to take over your whole day. You'll be totally out of control to start and end your day. 

2. You're more likely to think and create negative things when you're downcast. Though it's a natural human response to any discomfort, it's still dangerous to be sad because sadness connects a person to a more negative outlook in life. Failure is bound to take over the life of a person because of his negative thoughts. Unlike a person who is happy, the one who is sad has probably bad things going on in his mind. He will probably become a source of trouble for the people around him because he might invigorate an atmosphere of agitation, disunity and disorder.       

3. A person who is always sad is likely to curtail his life a significant number of years. Real sadness of the heart in the form of negative worry, negative stress and the like may increase production of harmful chemicals in the body that are responsible for any related lifestyle diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and more. A person who is always sad will probably gain a poor immune responses against such of these harmful diseases.

These are just some of the associated perils linked to being always sad. There are still many of them not listed here, but what's the most important point is that you know by now that there are great reasons why it's a must not to be sad that you should maintain a composed mind everyday.
