Study found that second-hand smoke from cigarettes damages non-smokers' memory, a study published in an online journal "Addiction" reveals. In a controlled experiment, subjects exposed to second-hand smoke performed 20 percent poorly in the memory test compared to those who were free from any exposure to second-hand smoke.  This finding may also reveal that a second-hand smoke contains harmful chemicals that may trigger poor cognitive performance of the brain. This is added to the growing statistics concerning the peril linked to smoking, and may remind those who have squandered their portion in the pink of health due to smoking.

Many are aware that a cigarette smoke contains harmful chemicals that are threats to the human body. These chemicals have the potential threats to the human health leading to some more complicated upshots such as poor memory. Despite of this, many are still linked to smoking because of its addictive content that will make quitting a more challenging choice.

If you believe that a second-hand smoke may affect your memory, then it's now time to make a move on your part and tell those smokers the dangers linked to smoking not only to their health, but to people around them especially those who don't smoke. MIFL
